Bob dolan Ban happy/bans without checking what happened

Reason For Report: (What did he/she do?) Banned me twice. Unban the first time because he realized that he made a mistake and that was fine. Then new map all is fine. Some guy shoots me i kill him. Nother same thing. No reports no nothing. Then he bans me without saying anything. He bans without even checking the logs. How do you have a mod who does that. He doesn't even say anything about it just swiftly bans.
