Explain the case:

i can't believe it I'm banned because I was off for so long and didn't know which colour was banned so i asked which colour blue or red is banned and i was told not to use blue by some random user then i used red and i was banned please accept this appeal so i can not use red because now i know both colours are banned because i didnt know the terms since i was off for so long maybe it changed? BTW i dont know which colour has banned me before because i dont know how to check my ban history and again its been so long my memory isnt monthlong​
