Allow staff to see chat logs as timestamped

@Toest sonce this would be an addition to the f8 menu, a non staff player wouldn’t be able to see the logs.

Nope. Private messages are meant to be just that - private. Plus, there are countless to ghost even without PMs, so this won't really solve it either.
