So you go from Trial mod to mod then to admin if good enough and then if your really good enough you become Lead admin. So bascially... How does the admin process work?
Lead admins watch over moderators and weigh the options. We often times take input from admins as they work closer to the moderators. Once we've settled on a candidate, us lead admins give them an interview. If that goes well, we promote them to admin. Simple as that.
