See title. It's a vanilla CS weapon that everyone has and will add a little variety to the guns without adding anything non-vanilla to the game. Amp up the noise a bit if you have to to balance the fact that it's technically silenced, like the AAC Honeybadger on Modded, but it's a fun little gun and there's no reason not to have it.
