http://imgur.com/a/LKn9N As you can see in the screenshots above, there were only 3 living players and another 3 were spectating. We wanted to !RTV the map, however we couldn't because we needed 4 votes. This was impossible for us to accomplish because it took into consideration the spectating players. I suggest that this gets changed so that only non spectating players count towards the total required.
I think this would be a nice little fix but nothing that should be a high priority. I personally don't see the point in playing with 3 people, but to each their own I guess.
Yeah,I like the idea of not counting spectators for the rtv.Most of the times when I am on with some new people to the server,they often leave because we cant rtv the map.However,like @Bear stated when we have about 3-4 people on the server it wouldn't really matter and this wouldn't be a big problem.Still I like the idea of not counting spectators for the amount of rtvs left and this earns my +1.
