I'm not trying to defend the guy here but woet the amount of reports and appeals against you is fucking crazy, and the fact that it's been going on for almost two months is even more concerning. Moderating isn't that difficult, and you should know how to handle it without this stuff happening by NOW.
@Thorax♠ With the amount of hours I've put in, 3 reports (1 valid, other 2 invalid and with admin discretion) and 4 appeals (out of a few hundred bans) doesn't seem out of the ordinary at all. Also, invalid reports and appeals are not an indication of mistakes.
That being said, you can always talk to my admin @Lordyhgm or report me if you feel like I'm doing anything wrong. :)
@Thorax♠ I’ve had 28+ reports on me this point in my storied tenure for staff related matters, I’m going to step in here with some related knowledge. Simply looking at number of reports and length of tenure and drawing a conclusion of “oh damn, he bad” is laughably ignorant to do. Look at the substance of the reports, look at the verdicts given, and consider the fact that moderating isn’t a black and white science.
