Now we're back to a similar situation, you have right in front of you one of the best and most dedicated admins that SGM quite possibly will ever see. She does her job, has done her job and has done it spectacularly. The lead you promoted? He started under her. Look at all the other Admins she has made, all the wonderful people she has brought to the staff team.

All of this was done while she had to deal with her everyday busy life. Yet because of some unknown prejudice against her you denied her what was rightfully hers. This is a community, and as albeit a small and insignificant part of it I'm going to stand here. Whether or not it accomplishes anything, whether it has repercussion, whether you even take the time to read it.

The decision you made was the wrong one, and I'm not going to be quiet about it.

I mean at least I didn't have a childish fit against the owner to embarrass someone else and probably made them look bad.

The other option would be to just act like you're okay with everything, which hasn't really proved positive results either. Highwon doesn't mind people disagreeing with him, and nothing Smash said was an attack on Highwon, just how he and a lot of people see things, including myself.
