What about the opposite of this?
Images that are completely benign, but due to cropping/cover-ups can be mistaken for porn.

In my honest opinion @Jabba the Slut , this example you've given isn't obvious that a pornographic act is going on behind the censoring. (They could be ice pops for all I know) What I want banned is porn images that, despite the censoring they've undergone, still are obvious that pornography is going on behind the censoring. The example's that I've given in the past are the sprays of a bunch of naked men with their genitals covered and an image of a woman "in a sheepstalker and smoking a pipe" (in reality giving a bj). The most recent example, and the one that ultimately caused me to make this suggestion, is the spray currently being used by @KRUS (STEAM_0:1:74814761).

Yes this spray is clearly of Sonic the Hedgehog caught in a rain storm. I wouldn't have a problem with this image at all.

The best option is to keep it a case-by-case basis. A blanket rule would either be ineffective or oppressive, and confusing 100% of the time. If you think it's worth reporting, then report it and leave it to the higher ups.

People gonna see this stuff eventually, after all.

I pretty much agree with this. It's a case where if something is clearly edited and realistically isn't just porn with a random ass image or box on top, I don't think people really need to give a crap.
A lot of the more recent sprays have been just these porn images with an image on top and moderators seek to remove it. There are various issues though with all this.

Moderators have to seek discretion to remove such sprays and administrators aren't always around. Understandably the easiest solution to something like this is expansion or changing the administrator team up to deal with these blackout spots or less active admins.

Alternatively the idea of granting moderators discretion for such cases is possible, however this realistically wouldn't be a good thing overall. While i'm sure some moderators would benefit from the added discretion, this is one of those things that can be extremely differential between people and as such it is easier for staff to be more uniform in their approach to these sprays when in smaller groups.

What I think becomes more confusing for both staff and players is that there isn't a clear reference to the fact that these are still punishable with admin discretion. I think it would be beneficial to add some distinction to the rules to make this point more clear.

Yeah, I wasn't going to say anything. Lightning messaged me in Discord about one of my messages, asking if I was talking about him. Just assuming, but I'm sure he reported me offline to one of the mods and that got me the warning. Let's be honest, the whole show is a fuckin' joke these days anyway. So who gives a shit? Lmfao
