When do you sleep

What times do you normally sleep
either naturally or for work/school/etc

 

when im tired which is what my insomniac body decides

 

whats sleep?

 

Most days I go to sleep at midnight. And weekends I'll stay up a bit later

I go to bed around 10:30pm give or take 30min depending on how tired I am

 

So before last week I would wake up around 7:30pm to get ready for work (usually would wake up around 6pm but work had us coming in an hour late for the past few months) then get off work around 5am and usually be asleep before 6am, up around 2pm, back to sleep and repeat.
Now, idfk. I guess we'll see what my new job wants me to work shift wise. then it'll likely be reversed if i get the morning shift like I want

 

Most days I lie down at 1am but for the morning that I have to work early I go to bed at anytime before 10pm.

 

12 AM and I always have a glass of milk before going to sleep.

 

my sleep schedule is fucked so one day I would sleep at 5pm the other day I sleep at 3am

 

Well wouldn't you like to know.

 

He's gonna watch us when we sleep

 

during school it's usually 23:00 to 6:00
naturally i feel i'm more of 1:00 to 10:00
