If there is only 3 people left and you are innocent can't you just call a kos on either one? My reasoning is this: you are either telling an innocent to kill a traitor or a traitor to kill an innocent. It isn't really a false kos because the traitor would do it any way. I asked some people and they said it would still be slayable so i've come to ask here

its RDM if the innocent just kills the traitor "just because there's 3 people left"
unless of course that innocent knows 100% that you are proven so then obviously the 3rd guy (traitor) can be kosed (and tab shows 3 alive)

you can tell them "hey guys im proven so you are the last 2 alive so kos each other its one of you"

the problem with kosing them is that if you kos both of them and they are not near each other (running around the map trying to find each other) then the innocent that you kosed finds you and then KOS's you because you false kosed him

now you just made it easier for the traitor to win since your false kosing turned a 2v1 into a 1v1

just makes much more sense to just say "ok guys you are the last 2 non-proven so kos each other im proven i killed xxxxxxxx"
of course saying this doesn't mean you are 100% proven, since maybe the last inno doesn't know for a fact, but he can be smart and maybe scroll up in chat and see that maybe you kosed a traitor so you gave him solid information and now he learnd that you're proven and now he can kos the last guy

If there are 3 people left alive and you are innocent, then you can tell the last two players to kill each other. This doesn't act as a KOS, since they don't have to kill each other

The only time you can call a KOS in this situation is if you and another player are proven, so it has to be player #3. If nobody is proven and you call a KOS, it's RDM.

It will be a false KOS, because being 1 of 3 people left is not a T act, so you can't KOS based on that.

Essentially what is said above is correct. You need to have 100% certainty that the person you kos is a traitor, else it would be a false kos. As neither of them have committed a traitorous act (to your knowledge) you would be calling a kos on an innocent and calling a kos on a traitor without any proof. Technically if the traitor killed the innocent you would be in the clear, as your kos wasn't acted upon, but if the innocent killed the traitor you would likely be slain.

And what if there were three or four people and you heard one or two death screams, can you kos of that?

No. The traitor could be using a radio.
