Why you should be unbanned:

First of all asking, Why was I banned ? Quick answer here: "Presumably hacking".

No, i'm not hacking, i'm good at the game which it's really different. I made 6 headshots as T with an AWP. Is that instantly hacking? I guess from the eyes of an admin it is. This is my "second offense" which I find really really stupid. Why being good at a game gets punished in this way ?. There's absolutely no prove I hacked. I've been told that I was banned one year ago in this same server which might be true, because one year ago I did used hacks, but not this time; this time I was being a total innocent and fair player, without ANY hacks whatsoever. Admin told me that he recorded me using hacks, to which I respond: It's not hacking, it's been good at a game. I'm really good at sniping (to which my name is due) and shooting, i'm not perfect, but most importantly, my moves are extremely human as you can see in the video. This is my second offense, I don't know when or where I did my first one, but it's probably the same as this one. Notice how I immediately created an account for appealing this ban, because I really like the server and really disappointed me when I saw the screen saying "You are banned for 52 days" and knowing that it was unfair.​

Evidence of Innocence:

I don't have a video or photo, but I have an absolute proof that I wasn't hacking. Logs. Yes, my console doesn't lie, does it? If I were hacking somewhere in the console would say "Cheat loaded" or something.

After speaking with some fellow Moderators and Administrators, we have come to the conclusion that we will not be unbanning you from our servers.

I'll quickly present my evidence and the reasoning for this conclusion.

Spoiler: Evidence

01.00: You killed an AFK player with a shotgun from a range which was impossible to kill by, without the assistance of aimbotting or silent aim.
03:05-03:08: A short snap onto the player jumping, not enough to ban for as a standalone, but does provide extra evidence on top of the claim.
03:17-03:22: Your crosshair bounces between 3 different players with little but noticeable wobble around them, it also appeared that your crosshair stayed locked onto those players before you moved it away with a presumable larger force than normal, since your crosshair seemed to glide and then come to a stop rather than a normal continuous mouse movement. It seems there was tension, and you overcompensated for this with a larger force and had to decelerate quicker than usual for this.

There were also many cases throughout the video in which you do some suspicious mouse movements.
