Always free as far as im aware and why does it matter if its temporarily free or always free? Discounts are still the same whether if its free forever or free for couple hours.
It's not a discount if the game is always free. Unless the game is giving away money, you aren't getting less than 0. This is a thread for people to find games that are free for a limited time. The for Honor starter edition will be free on uplay for one week. Grab it now and it will be yours to keep. It just got announced on E3 5 minutes ago.
