Under the spray rules there is a disturbing content genre which states: Disturbing content is content that is graphic, disgusting or unsettling. Now disgusting is selfexplanatory, but the part I feel need of clarification is unsettling. Like today I see a spray with a man holding onto a sign of some sort with a loop around his neck, about to hang himself made into a meme about Safety at work is important o.o I find it kinda unsettling, but when I spoke to the staff online, it was fine. Which makes me wonder, what counts as unsettling?
It truly is up to the staff member online, if you don't feel that it's right try and notify them of it and they can either make a full on decision themselves or ask opinions of the other staff members.

Take that with a grain of salt, because some people may be disturbed by something that is not realistically disturbing. There's not a clear definition on when a spray is too much. As with all borderline spray content, it's going to be left up to the staff member's discretion. There will be times, however, when staff members don't act on a spray that may be too far over the line. You're always welcome to get a second opinion from another staff member - preferably from a higher ranking staff member.
To give you a good baseline though, poop and puke are usually the level of no no's that we ban for. Like han and scotty said, it all depends on the staff member for most other things.
I've come across images online that, while not graphic or disturbing, are entirely unsettling in ways that cannot be described. These type of images are typically found unsettling by a majority but not everyone. Unlike something graphic, where everyone can agree its graphic. In your example, if other people aside from you complained about it (and maybe even got vocal about it) it would be time for a staff member to step in. Essentially the "unsettling" part covers edge cases where players are affected but it might not be something that instantly warrants action.
