If the projectile color will be the color of the rifle as well, then heck yes. This needs to be in the anniversary.

No no, just on the servers you can select the colour you want from a little menu, similar to shoutbox

 

well, this is only texture. What you're describing might require coding, so ask @Opalium

 

vgui allows colourpicking, since rank knife already uses a script to load the correct rank i'm sure it is possible to let people pick for themselves
