After looking through the logs, it seemed like you shot Dr. TMoore on suspicion, as he did not throw any lethal grenades at all that round:

Before the trial mod I was training gave the verdict, you disconnected from the server. Since the verdict was a valid report, I banned you accordingly.

I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt, and lift your globalized ban. You took the time to appeal on the forums for the first time, and because of so, I believe that you didn't leave simply because you wanted to avoid punishment, despite your previous offenses. We do have a notification system in which it tells you if you had a pending report against you, but it could be unreliable/bugged at times.

However, do not take this ban lift for granted. Use it as a precaution, and always ask staff members online (using the @chat) if you are able to leave. It spares both the players and staff members the trouble.

Also, this ban will not be voided, which means that if you do not take said precautions, your next RDM and leave ban will be much harsher.
