Reason For Report:

He got some sort of hack that can see your name through disguise/wall. I got my attention because I was doing a new trick, I used a complete new skin model + disguiser, hoping people would calling the person with that specific skin, so I could be laughing off for the whole round, what happened was, I entered a house with new skin + disguiser on, I made sure no one was around me before I change my skin, so when I started at shooting, he said in voice chat: ''KOS... Hmm... Wee!'', I was like wtf? Did I forget to turn on my disguiser? Nope, then I checked my skin model, and nope it was not a Moxie one, then how the hell did he get the name ''Wee''? After that he completely ninja-dodged me from my rader, and shot me from behind, so at this point I started to spectate him whenever I died, and here are some clips.

Video 1:

Rip the Jacker(traitor in the video) was a called out traitor, but as you can see in the video, his reaction was way too quick, like he knew he was coming. Usually you want to avoid accidentally RDM by making sure who you are shooting at, but I don't even think he has read his name. After that traitor kill, his gun locked on another traitor head for 1 second, I hope this could be a smoking gun, because I think he could smell that we are on to him.

Video 2:

In this video, you can see that he is constantly tracking movement through wall, even he was a detective, you could argue that he has a rader, but if you look closely, a rader has a cooldown and not a short cooldown. At 00:23 to 00:27, you can see that his screen was tracking voca movement who was never shown on the screen, and rader does not actively showing movement. After that there are more of it, you can see he was tracking movement as an innocent, constantly pointing at a wall that have players behind it.

In the end, I don't know why I am wasting hours to record and sort our the clips I have to report this guy.​

I reviewed my evidence again, I noticed another thing suspicious.

He never actually pointed his gun at Dark Hunter(a player), so he couldn't have known it's Dark Hunter down there, only during 00:06 to 00:07, it looks like he was checking the player name, but he never properly pointed at the player, so he couldn't have known that person was Dark Hunter, but the video shows that he is certain that player is Dark Hunter and hidding behind the container.

If you need a full round video I can try to upload it, almost most of the time he didn't point at players that walk past him, just like somehow he knew who they are without pointing the crosshair at them.
