add preferred pronouns when you hover over someone’s name

Would hate to misgender anyone accidentally in voice chat, add a setting in the f1 menu so when I hover over a name to call someone out, I can learn what pronouns to use when I call them insults and accuse them of what they did

 

Probably better to implement it into AHG and not SGM since it's shutting down
