Hey 8bit! Sorry, I should have notified you that you were getting banned. I banned you after the fact because I had made a video to show to the administration team, because at first I was doing my best to be lenient, but after multiple warnings you kept breaking rules and killing myself and randoms, which ended up harming the server population as there were literally no randoms that stayed on for more than 4-5 rounds.

In this video you continuously prop killed and did other rule breaking activities such as blocking the door on Roy the Ship, resulting in an death there too. The specific 4 kills you were banned for were one the last round of Minecraft, 1 in office, and 2 before the last round of Forest (this is without Nuno's RDMs or your attempted RDMs of me. I excluded Nuno's as he was playing along, but even then he said I could use his unreported for reports if I needed to). I asked you more than once to stop (either not to prop kill randoms or not to prop kill me as that's not something I enjoy engaging in). Your attitude was completely non-caring, and you kept on after my requests to stop, and I gave up my previous lenience and put the video together for a ban.

With all of this said, why should you be unbanned from East?

0:10-0:30 | That was basically RDM.

0:45-0:53 | I didn't get a report for this prop-kill since I basically thought it was okay.

0:55-1:03 | I killed Nuno due to the fact we were both trying to mess around with props. Still again, I didn't receive a report or a message to stop prop-killing you guys. And no, I did not attempt to prop kill you. If I wanted to, you would've died.

1:03 | I say this basically every single day.

1:10 - 1:14 | I killed Nuno since he threw a prop at us.

1:23 - 1:25 | This was also basically RDM, but I didn't get a report so I thought it was fine. I even told them to report me if they wanted to.

1:45 - 1:50 | This was also RDM, yes.

Responding to this. I got your message to stop prop-killing randoms, so I did, but I kept prop-killing you two since I didn't get any reports or a message from either of you to stop prop-killing you guys.

2:08 - 2:10 | Pretty sure you heard that death noise. Larry threw a cinder block towards me, so I threw one at his face.

2:28 - 2:31 | Yes, that was RDM, but I seriously thought you were okay with it since again I didn't receive a message telling me that you weren't okay with it.

2:48 - 2:50 | Not going to lie, I really forgot about this. I saw him at the edge and I couldn't help my self to push him. Pretty sure Larry didn't care since me and them would prop-fight a lot back in Office and Forest.

2:52 - 3:20 | Yes, I did put the vending machine in, yes I am taking full responsibility towards it. I knew the rules.

I was pretty caring to the point where I stopped trying to prop kill randoms, but I didn't stop towards you two. I should have stopped, but didn't. Like again, I really thought that you were okay with it since I've only gotten one request to stop, and it was you telling me to stop killing randoms, which I did.

I've said my case, I don't expect to be unbanned. In office, there were barely any people and all we did was grab chairs and throw it at each other. When the server grew in players, I stopped prop-killing randoms. I did explain my reasoning towards my choices throughout this video. Thanks for taking the time to put up this video.

 

I just checked my recording to make sure that I was correct in my memory, and found this:

This was post round (meaning that you did see this despite me being dead), and I thought your "oops" reply was you acknowledging what I said. And that was back on Minecraft B5 immediately after the second clip (which, in the chronology, was actually first). I really thought you got the message, too, because you stopped killing me for a while, but then started back up on it later. Still, in stark contrast to Nuno who was participating, I would hope that it was exceedingly clear that literally never one time across these four maps did I pick up a prop, so I was definitely not participating in the manner Nuno was. Still, it was my fault on that front for not communicating that properly to you in a psay, instead of just in the general chat. I can upload a clip of the recording, should you want evidence that this was indeed post round and not just a big doof-up by me (which, I thought it was, and typed a whole thing about it before I checked to see if it was post-round).

The kill against Nuno wasn't counted against you as mentioned in my main post. The kill on stew was, the kill on Nuno just happened to be in the same clip. I didn't count any kills against Nuno for reasons I've already mentioned.

I'm really torn here. In all honesty, I would be willing to forgive my RDMs had you not actually seen my message, because every time you killed me, I was operating under the assumption that you were directly going against my wishes to not be RDMed. On the other hand, you really did have an impact on the server population, and know the rules very well as ex-staff. So, I'm going to unban you (specifically because not psaying the request not to RDM me, like I actually thought I did, was an oversight on my part, and I'm taking full responsibility for that), but not void your ban. In general, please refrain from propkilling people who aren't directly playing that kind of game with you, especially when the server population is low and we're still trying to build the playerbase for the day.
