Hate that one level that you can't finish it? Hate that one map that has alot of camping spots? Personally, i the game level that i quite hate the most is the final part of Taz: Wanted (dont ask me why am i playing it, i dont have anything to play), at around at the ending. I don't remember what's next, but i never beaten it. The map that i hate the most? Aside from one of my maps (trade_dev_complex), I personally hate de_port. The Ts gets to B too quickly, and thankfully, it didn't get featured in CSGO. Hopefully. It's all yours to put one here, my friend, as long as you hate one of them
Idk if this counts but the Trash Can boss fight in Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside story is the most annoying boss in any game I've ever played. It took me forever to beat as a kid and I've hated it ever since.
if you talking about ttt then all the vanilla maps if it's any game, i think it was a Star Wars game for Gameboy Advanced, 2d sidescroller playing as Luke, trying to finish that game i was having sleepless nights because of one super hard level on Dagobah. Never did finish the game.
There were some sections in hl1 where I had saved the game with zero bullets and in a really bad spot. Like, there was this one corridor I had saved in where you had to run to the end and climb up some scaffolding. Also I had 5hp. Also there was a sniper. I about wanted to punch a wall by the time I got through that.
Its kinda hard too decide, but I remember terminal velocity with the final level of sonic colors being extremely hard for me.
This is me personally but the battle against Sephiroth in Kingdom Hearts 2 was an absolute pain for me. One of the few things that held me back from ever fully completing the game, that and not getting revived by Mickey once.
That one fucking car chase at the beginning of Cyberpunk, the aim is ass and at a higher difficulty enemies shred you when you miss. Took me a while to beat it.
Honestly hot take, I hated Nuketown in the original Black Ops game. In games like that, I dislike small maps in general, and Black ops was the first COD I ever played. No matter what gamemode you could barely take a step without an enemy having some sort of angle on you. mw3 was much better for this because its small maps had a lot more cover, hardhat & dome were amazing levels compared to Nuketown. Fuck Nuketown, for real.
Fun fact: You can just not shoot there and the enemies won't shoot back, and they'll eventually die in a car crash. But relevant to the actual thread, my least favourite level in any game was the aquatic research facility in Tomb Raider: Angel of Darkness. Loved that game even though most people hated it, but man that level takes some willpower to get through the sheer boredom and broken-ness of it.
I don't know how this first example will go, but those fucking bomb levels from Death Stranding were hell to get through, there were a few times where I wanted to break the tv, controller, or both. 21 Century Schizoid Man from Guitar Hero 5 had me tripping over my fingers for some time, I don't even know why. Map? Uh, that motel pit keeps killing me so middle fingers to that... Spoiler: P.S. Also fuck Trauma from Hotline Miami. Enough said.
I’m a boring gamer who only has things about the Ori games. Sorrow Pass is the wind section and there’s this one part where you have to grab these keystones in between spikes and it requires precise gliding techniques and I hated it. the escape sequences can be super tough but totally make up for it when you beat them it’s amazing
