Why you should be unbanned:

Hello thank you for your time, I believe I was banned for an incident the day that this was posted when I was a detective and I was killing the traitor. three people left and I trusted one person with me because they killed a trailer with me earlier that I confirmed was a traitor. when the third person walked around the corner they showed a silenced pistol which is the only traitor weapon. So I proceeded to put a shotgun blast in his face. The player proceeded to put a strike on me for randomly killing him when he knew he was a traitor and I knew it so he did it out of spite because he thought he would win but he didn't.

Thank you for your time and I would please ask do you unban me from the server for I left to play with a community and it's a good server to be on.​

Evidence of Innocence:

I'm not sure what you mean by evidence of the incident but the moderator that was online was lightning ( abusive mod) not trying to disrespect but I believe this mod is inexperienced with dealing with a large group of people and sometimes this community. I believe the player that I killed was named Shadow and I was unable to remain in the game because I had to leave to go take care of business​

At this point I am unsure about the two offenses of RDM, I was unable to serve my auto kill thing for had to attend to other matters in my life, Call so at this point I do not believe that a 14-day band is necessary and I have screenshots to prove that is in act at this moment. Also I do not believe it is RDM if I'm killing a traitor after there's only three people left with an extremely high probability of the third person being a traitor. (This is not my full report of evidence but this is my initial response to your response )

As you can see above you left, came back, and then left again before serving a slay issued for a report filed against you by the user Female from round 5 of the map Minecraft Motel.

Your response Female's report, along with the above quoted passage from your 2nd post in this thread, confirm that this kill on Female by yourself is indeed RDM. You did not at the time have undeniable proof that Female was a Traitor by your admission, which makes the kill a KOS on Suspicion. And, as the !MOTD that is displayed to you whenever you connect to our servers states, killing on suspicion is RDM.

You also made no attempt to contact me in-game to try to agree to serve the slay at a later time. This is a luxury that the staff sometimes extends to people if shit happens and they gotta go immediately.

Also of note is the fact that I also banned you from the West server for RDM and Leave 1st at 2:07AM EST yesterday.

In this event, you made no attempt to even respond to the report before leaving.

So in total, you were banned from 2 of our servers for the same offense in less than 24 hours.

Due to these points, your appeal is denied. You will serve out both bans as given.

I was recently made aware of this portion of the appeal by @Pokeben10 , which I overlooked.

Here is a screenshot showing all context items (body armor, radar, silenced pistols, etc.) that were purchased during round 5 of Minecraft Motel:

As can be seen, the only items bought were radars, body armor, and 1 health station.

So SkilledTeft was either lying about seeing a silenced pistol, or mistook another weapon to be one.
