Twice a week I do this: Bench press- As of right now I'm at 10reps, 5 sets and trying to get up to 70-80% of my body weight Curls-15reps, 5 sets Leg curls-45, 5 sets Luckily I have this old workout bench in my garage which has all three-in-one, plus a bunch of dumbbells and extra weights. Not really looking to get bigger, just want to have muscle, idk what the term is.

I'm trying to loose weight for two reasons Spoiler To be a faster D-End in American Football Spoiler Femboy So I've started eating less and eating mostly greens and fruits. I only have two meals a day usually. And running 2-5 miles every day.
