    Twice a week I do this:

    Bench press- As of right now I'm at 10reps, 5 sets and trying to get up to 70-80% of my body weight
    Curls-15reps, 5 sets
    Leg curls-45, 5 sets

    Luckily I have this old workout bench in my garage which has all three-in-one, plus a bunch of dumbbells and extra weights. Not really looking to get bigger, just want to have muscle, idk what the term is.

    i workout + run 3 miles everyday except on the weekends at 5:30 :)

    A little update, over the winter, tried bulking as much as I can since Jan. though I have been trying to turn that flab back into muscle here is my progress so far

    I'm trying to loose weight for two reasons
    To be a faster D-End in American Football
    Femboy
    So I've started eating less and eating mostly greens and fruits. I only have two meals a day usually.
    And running 2-5 miles every day.

    If you can I would recommend swimming as it's much better for you and your joints.
