    Since it's completely pointless to serve out a slay on gun game rounds because you just respawn
    remove any slays applied to the player before gun game starts, and then reapply the slays after.

    More of make this concrete in the rules rather than a "depends on the staff" rule

    most will remove the slays for gungame because its known to be buggy and respawns slain people, but some newbies dont know about it which is more just a lack of teaching from their admin

    This is something moderators already do, they just forget to do it sometimes, because it's pretty rare someone will get slain during gun game.

    I mean I'm pretty sure every mod will remove them before gun game
    "It depends on the mod" probably means during any fun round like headshot wars or the hidden

    Not sure what type of fun round system SGM uses. If you were to do this you would have to add hook to the next round slay function assuming this is the system SGM uses for slays to check for fun round. Depending on how the fun round system if they have hooks available for it, it should be pretty easy. But it would be easier to code just to remove slays on any fun round instead of a specific one then just slay you on a normal round instead.

    Looked at lua file just add fun round check here

    if (Fun round) return end <--- fix syntax and this should remove do what Indy wants. Most fun round systems have hook to check if it is a fun round so just use that for (fun round)

    "It depends on the mod", yeah bro so punish some over others depending on if the mod likes you. It's just abuse and puts some at a dis adv over others. Make a consistent rule and we move. IDC which way but "depends" in this situation is wrong.

    If you RDM'd, it is not whether or not the mod likes you, it is now your responsibility to sit out a round. I guarantee no mod is loopholing by not slaying their friends when they RDM a round before gungame.

  10. I'd just remove slays on fun rounds completely. Being slain on a fun round is like a 1 minute timeout

    Your guarantee doesn't mean shit to me LMFAO if it's happened before and has a possibility of happening, it should definitely being considered. There should be a consistent rule or the chance of discrimination is literally there. Just because you don't feel it...

    i remove the slays for gun game rounds (if i remember to) because it's fucky, and then re-add at the end of the round

    hope it gets fixed soon

    Not to mention some admins just didnt know it was a thing since they were never taught as mods (y)

    But for realsies. This isnt something that needs to be a rule. Its more of a guideline thing. Same thing as removing slays when you ban someone for an RDM related offense. Mods dont HAVE to do this. But they CAN.

    I can also see how not making this set in stone can become an issue, so I am open to talking with some of the other admins about getting mods on the same page. But again, I dont think this is something that should become a rule. I try to remove slays for fun rounds just because, imo, they dont really do anything. If I forget to remove it, most of the time Ill a slay when I see they've been slain on gun game

    Also... Let me get this straight. You guys are complaining about some people being able to serve a slay during gun game if staff forget to readd it, right? Something that really, would have no effect on you other than effectively making you serve 1 less slay?

    Slays have been fixed to now work as intended on Gun Game rounds
