So I’m not sure if this is already here, but this is my favorite hobby and it might be some of yours too, so post what workouts you’ve done or what workouts you plan on doing in here, doesn’t have to be super big ones likes walked a mile or went to the gym for an hour and this is what I did, I love the gym, hopefully some of you guys do too! I’m interested to see what type of workouts you guys do.
gym three times a week , one extra in school , i go skiing during the holidays and i will start biking again to train for the annual biking marathon ( its 37 miles beacuse im lazy )
I started to walk for 1 hour on the treadmill. My doctor recommended that since I have high cholesterol . I walk everyday but Sunday.
Jeez! That’s a lot of miles I don’t think I could do that I try to get to the gym as much as I can though !! Like 4-5 times is what I go for but can’t always get to it
This was my workout for today! Workout- Weighted lunges- 10x2 8x2 4x1 Leg press- 15x2 10x2 8x2 4x1 Calf presses- 15x1 10x1 8x2 4x2 Leg curls- 10x2 8x2 6x2 4x1 Curls- 10x2 8x3 4x2 Hammer curls- 10x2 8x3 4x2 Shoulder raises- 10x1 8x2 6x2 4x1 Bench- 15x1 warm up 8x3 6x2 4x2 2x1 Abs - 15 minutes
You obviously aim to gain muscular mass. Do you take notes on your progression ? What is your objective ?
So basically my objective it to work out so i can eat anything i want, I love working out and feeling sore the next morning, I do take notes, usually doing the winter i add some weight on to keep me nice and warm but then as summer comes along i slim up, and i take photos here and there to see how i have progressed but I mostly work out to look nice and feel good while also being able to eat anything i want to and still look somewhat good
I have my whole 7-day workout routine. I havent done anything in months though because my joints are basically worse than an old man. But i'll get to it lmao. Eating is great, I eat more than anyone I know and I still can't gain much weight. Also Momo, why you be workin out to look good? You should be working out so you can beat anyone's ass up
I forgot to say but I brought down my high cholesterol. It was somewhere around 200 and now it's 105.
I have always wondered how your hobby can be a gym, like I understand wanting to stay in shape but can it really be your favorite thing just to work out? I'd much rather be insulting strangers on the internet
