    so uhh why was I banned last night for RDM and leave by @Jabba the Slut when I don't remember RDMing anyone? Honestly I don't even remember a report being active on me and thought everything was handled... was just finished playing for the night lol.​

    Hey I've seen this, let me get my evidence. If I recall correctly there was an active report that a tmod was taking a while to finish and when the slay was added, you had left. Let me grab my evidence.

    So normally I might be lenient here, however this is your third offense of RDM and Leave. You should know better by now. Do you have anything to say?

    Yes I remember this, it was on B5 correct? This was not RDM by any means. I saw him shooting back at another person right in front of me next to the minecart hut/portal, so I killed him. Not sure if he landed a shot, but I killed him for traitorously shooting at another player.

    I don't presume you have any damage logs or a replay, but it would've been very obvious, and most certainly a voided report if it was handled in time. Am I going to get banned because it was left in the hands of a trial mod, and neglected for so long that damage logs and replays no longer existed by the time you handled the ban?

    If I was asked for proof within 20 minutes of the event happening, I would've definitely saved and provided my perspective. That's a pretty generous amount of time to handle a report when the server has an admin (you) and trial mod (gus) in it (like ~4 rounds passed? Maybe a map change too?) I stuck around until I think Skycraft was the next map, and then had to go to bed.

    I'd gladly take the slay(s) today if you still believe I am still in the wrong, but I do not believe that this evidence warrants an upheld ban.

    ** I also believe that my other incidences of RDM and leave are similar to this, which I can certainly try to be better about, but it was late at night and was tired, didn't really glance at the report notif at the top because I hadn't received that report in such a long time. In any of these incidences I've never had malicious intent of never returning to the server again upon "RDM" and leave, which I think is the purpose of the rule...

    The report and slay all happened in the same map. We go off report response 95% of the time and yours didn't give any indication for your kill reasoning. If you have an active report against you, do not leave the server. I don't think you've learned that yet, so I'm going to keep the ban as it is.
