Reason For Report:

AspiringSun is clearly targeting Hongo to get him banned and I think that the administration and leads should really look into how they're handling this situation.

Hongo deserves his ban but Aspiring needs to be looked into as well. He has a history of toxicity and harassment. I cannot believe that he's acting in good faith against Hongo and I would like the lead admins to look over his deleted messages and past behaviour to determine if his past actions, deleted messages, and multiple reports with duplicate evidence are enough to warrant a month ban as Paci had said he would give to both players if they continued their argument with each other.

Aspiring has in the past been suspected of deleting messages to obfuscate evidence against him.

Aspiring has used old evidence which could be seen as him trying to fool administration into believing there was more evidence than there was.

Aspiring has a history of instigating and starting harassment which led to Aluf firing back.

Hongo also believed that Aspiring was out to get him and while he holds some very unconventional views about conspiracies against him, the number of times he was reported, the quality of the evidence, and the actual involvement of the reporting player seems clear to me that he was being targeted by Aspiring.

Hongo was advised multiple times to stop talking with Aspiring and to my knowledge he ignored Aspiring on the forums to avoid confrontation.



And other players can see the pattern that Aspiring is following as well.




Hongo's behaviour is over the top and he has done what Paci warned him not to do but Aspiring isn't clean here either. His pattern of behaviour is clear to other players and he needs to be looked into.​

 

I would like to just say that I won't be responding directly to this unless I have evidence to add. I would also like to request @Pacifist makes the final decision as he is generally the more active lead and it was his words promising a month ban for both parties if it continued.

"I will agree that we have been extremely lenient on Hongo. That being said I can understand your frustration here. Hongo has done a lot that would get any other player banned, and that has clearly shown a favoritism among us as a staff team. This is something I feel personally responsible for, and for that I apologize. Cupcake was extremely lenient here. The approach is that we want to give Hongo every opportunity to place nice before we get him on a ban that is much more extreme. Thus far he has proven that he does not care about that. He probably should have been banned awhile ago, and the delay we have taken here is problematic. While I don't think Cupcake is personally in the wrong here, I think the administration as a whole has mishandled this.

Going forward, any and all attempts to start fights or instigate things from Hongo will be dealt with severely and by me personally."



This is pacifist stating they were lenient on hongo lmfao. Also pacifist stated that anyone that brings this up will get a month ban, however hongo ONLY received a 1 week forum ban, as opposed to the month ban. This truly shows I am the one being targeted, hongo is getting off scott free. Also the one with me "cutting off evidence" if i had not posted that he still would've been banned regardless so that makes no sense. "avoid me on forums" Lol kid literally said my name and the report against him every 10 seconds, i never mentioned him at all.

Also let me state this I know i am toxic. I am toxic in terms of trash talking, but i do not go out of my way to loop hole and call false koses every time like your buddy. This all started when he false kosed me, spam reported me in game and forums just for the simple fact that he could, now you all cry wolf when i have valid evidence.

Good retaliation report with non existent evidence. Thanks for wasting my time and other staffs time guy.

I was told that the context here is Aspiring referring to the reports he made against Hongo.

Enjoying the process of reporting someone over and over does not seem to be in the realm of innocent.

 

Hey all. I have a valid contribution to this report (So don't warn me god damn it, this is valid), and I believe this is something to be considered.

A few months ago I dealt with 2 reports. One against AspiringSun, then one against Aluf. First, Aluf made a report against AspiringSun. AspiringSun then counter reported Aluf, honestly cherry picking evidence. This situation is extremely similar to that - I even reached the same verdict as Pacifist. So much as a single peep from either of them would result in punishment. I ended up having no choice but to forum warn Aluf, which resulted in a ban being placed on him for 2 weeks.

This is the same exact thing again. AspiringSun cherry picked some evidence against Hongo, which triggered the shit out of him. Hongo defends himself, then because it's Hongo.... he gets himself ban. I'm not saying the ban against Hongo is unjustified... it defnitnely is. However, I believe AspiringSun deserves an extremely hard warning to cut this shit out, with harsh punishment next time it happens. Aspiring is basically a little troll when it comes to reports, and it shows. He counter reports for the sole purpose of pissing the other party off, and getting his reports dealt with, without him getting banned. More evidence of him being a troll is his microphone, which I believe he's even been banned for at this point. He gives nothing but issues when it comes to the rules, and the community in general.

So yeah. AspiringSun should be warned to cut it out, because he's not just trolling, but advanced trolling.

 

So here's the thing with that, i talk shit to players, they talk shit back to me. Is it my fault talk shit back? No if they truly were upset all they would have to do is ask me to stop, and tell a staff member, not talk shit back and call me a trans, queer, bitchboy, methhead, pos, etc. If someone held their stature like that i would stop. People i talk shit to talk shit back for fun.



Now to noccams screenshots, @Pacifist has talked to me about those screenshots, i told noccam what i said in the screen shot before pacifist stated "Hey guys, I am sick and tired of seeing this around the place. If I hear so much as a single peep from either of you about the other on the issue of harassment or these reports I will personally hand down a month long ban. This whole thing has gone on long enough. Play nice or don't play at all" in the report on Sunday.





Knew you two would bait me in retaliation for hongo. Nice try on the 1v3.

 

It's not bait for us to ask you a question, and you were under no obligation to respond beyond saying "I'm not allowed to speak of that." My screenshots are your direct opinion on the matter, regardless of "bait". This isn't some elaborate plan to trap you, this is simply the result of your own actions.

Edit: In fact, these screenshots are really concerning to me. Pacifist was the one handing out the punishment to Hongo and made it extremely clear that he didn't want to hear more of the situation. Yet in these screenshots he made no attempt to dissuade Aspiring from talking about the situation further. I understand that as an admin you want to help when help is requested, but by inadvertently picking a side by assisting Aspiring and not simply shutting down the situation, you have shown a bias.

 

You are not understanding my point. hongo was banned because after pacifist made the statement about not another peep he made another peep about it in shout box, however with my screenshots those were before the statement pacifist made.

 

Unless I'm still missing your point, I don't think anyone is arguing the validity of Hongo's ban. Hongo was in clear violation of the parameters established. Your statements about my screenshots make no sense to me, and I'm not sure if that's because you're not conveying your thoughts properly or if there's something I'm missing, but if your photo evidence is supposed to prove anything, its too small and too blurry to really read.

 

Then there's no point replying to you, also i suggest you invest in some glasses. I have nothing more to say unless a staff member asks me to.

 

I see no reason why you shouldn't share the same punishment as Hongo. You instigated as well, and I should hold you both to the same standard. Taking evidence out of context, reposting old evidence, and bragging in game that you were specifically out to get him is enough to justify to me that you deserve a ban as well.

I'm going to fulfill my promise I made earlier. If you two can't play nicely, then you wont play for a full month. Thanks for the report.
