I don't have any plans of bringing back annual ranks at this time. For players who have active subscriptions, they can still enjoy those ranks.
I know this is a month late but I might as well give a reply, obviously during the time the server was at risk of shutting down thus bringing annual ranks when the server is about to shut down allows people who had bought it, then the servers close, to make a valid chargeback. Thus to avoid a refund claim and also so no one buys it when it's unclear the servers would have lasted a year they were removed. However, as seen now soon the server is will be off life support and back into prospering age so the annual subscriptions may come back in the near future.
