Accepted End of Round songs on Vanilla

Load the songs from the web, play using HTTP so we can have no song downloads on vanilla but still have EoR songs!

 

don't you think it kinda defeats the purpose of vanilla? no downloads isn't the only reason people play nilla, some people play it because they don't want to deal with all the extra stuff

 

Well we can have it disabled by default. The round ending feels kinda boring without music. I'm so used to it.

That would kinda defeat the purpose of nilla.
We already have some custom features, like the spray system, Pointshop/lottery, skins, custom crosshairs and a couple other things on vanilla.

That's about as much customization a server can handle and still be called 'vanilla'.
Anything more would be overkill.

 

Vanilla is meant to be no downloads, hence the name vanilla. End round songs will remove the purpose of vanilla being called vanilla since it will be having more custom content. -1 from me

There would be no extra downloads, it would load the songs VIA the web.

 

Then it still wouldn't be completely vanilla.

I'm gonna go ahead and mark this as rejected.

Even without additional downloads, adding more custom content to vanilla is not the way to go.
Even though this might be just a small change, these things add up and in total defeat the purpose of a vanilla server.
