Invalid Report against Aria & Gazzy

    Gazzy killed me off suspicion, and stated he saw me in his response. Aria handled the report and did not give Gazzy a slay even though he couldn't see me, and only that I was shooting in DS​

    Ok as you see i saw you kill the guy then you id it now it cant be the other guy since he was afk and near your c4. I did not kill on sus i saw it was you.

    Hey Cowcakes,

    I tried to explain this to via private messages when you asked for the deathscene. With the deathscene in place, it is hard to pin point Gazzy's point of view. Especially him being a third-party player (Not Green or Red, but Blue) within the deathscene. You already posted the deathscene as your evidence, but it is also mine. You can see throughout the video, I tried my hardest to try and get Gazzy's point of view. However, it is almost impossible to even do that, because deathscenes are in third person. There is a chance that Gazzy did see you during your traitorous acts. There is a chance, they didn't.

    Again, the deatchscene can not pin point Gazzy's point of view of the situation. There is a chance that he could of seen you, and there is a chance that he could of not seen you. At this point, it is word versus word.

    I will be tagging my admin @Ashes Relandi to come to a final decision on the verdict here.

    Yes he saw me, but there's no way he saw what I was shooting at. Also before Gazzy got there Hoxton was dead

    Alright, I'll just get this over with.

    Simply put, the deathscene provided by Aria practically shows Gazzy's PoV to the best of its ability. Noob already spoke to Gazzy and they unfortunately do not have a PoV of themselves so its just strictly based on this piece of evidence.
    Since this is the only piece of evidence to work with, I see no issue with how Aria has handled this report. They were given the benefit of the doubt as while it's in 3rd person, deathscene can only show so much in regards to PoV. In this case, they were given the benefit of the doubt.

    I'll be marking this report Invalid for both Aria and Gazzy as I've already spoken to @Noob999 and they see no issues with it.


    Further to add, We treat all staff fairly and evenly. There is no bias when it comes to reports and punishments. So if you have a problem with my moderators, you bring it directly to me.
    So in regards to a comment which was brought up to my attention and knowing your history.... It's clear as day what your true intentions of this report is.

    Honestly it needs to stop at this point as these minor/petty reports that you make is a waste of time for both yourself and staff resources.
