slain me for some bs even though i was in the right

i killed some guy cos he threw a barrel at me

he reported me and i got slain for rdm

Ok this report won't not have a DS because for some reason it didn't save.

In the video shown, he did throw the prop very fast. But from what I saw in DS was him turning around and looking at you. I don't remember a prop being thrown. I was in the hurry at the time before map change was about to happen so I did it pretty quickly.

There's nothing else to say since I don't have DS other than I was in the wrong here.

But I would also like to ask, why didn't you say something to me? If you were upset that I gave the slay, you should of asked me about why the report was "vaild" and we probably would of worked something out.

I stayed an extra round before leaving. You should of had enough time to tell me that the report wasn't vaild.

 

Alright. I looked this over, and patronus penguin has been slain in game for the false rdm slay. However, please note that the deathscene would not have shown him prop flinging as the prop fling took place a good 14 seconds before you managed to kill him. Patronus Penguin should have marked the report as invalid due to the fact that there was not substantial evidence. In cases like this, for it to be rdm, there needs to be proof that the player never chucked a prop. One deathscene (of which only 10 seconds of the round is shown) is not enough to prove this. Instead, he watched the deathscene and concluded that the player never threw a prop from only 10 seconds of gameplay, which is wrong and he now knows better.

As far as the evidence not being presented, seems to be a technical issue that penguin will hopefully sort out.
