You should take a look at Popchrom for chrome. What it allows you to do is set a keyword such as "application" that when you type, and hit a hotkey, it will replace the text with whatever you like. So for staffing you could use this as like: application --> Hello PLAYERNAME, and thank you for taking the time to apply for a staffing position. Applications can take anywhere from a day to months to be either accepted or denied. Please be patient while your application is pending, and take care not to bump it by posting replies on it unless you are directly addressed by one of our staff members.
