Reason For Report:

I would like to report staff member violations as members of the staff mentioned are clearly biased towards one another and they dont seem like they can be staff the first screen shows how kittyness just slayed someone for no reason

Now i dont have anything for the second however this happened on skycraft
KIttyness threw a harpoon at Lion Battery he saw this ignored it then i kill Kittyness for said t act and Lion battery looks at the body sees that they're a t and then starts hitting me with a crowbar i shoot him and report him for damaging me when he clearly saw kittyness was a t Kittyness then handles the report on him and immediately is finished with it in 3 seconds with no slay now what i think is that was a biased response and staff really can't be biased (He was also innocent)​

They slay white powder for killing them and he even asks for it to be removed Kittyness fully well knew they had a kos on them and they still slayed he told them multiple times they had a kos on them and still a slay

Ok so first off I would like to say thank you for giving me an opportunity to clarify this. I will state both cases as I handled both reports.

The case against LionBattery. My verdict was just as his kill on you was a just kill. I will prove this.

The kill was within the 5 second grace period. Whether or not he saw me throw the harpoon you killed another player which is Traitorous on its own.

Now on the case with White Powder the report is as follows:

He stated in his response that a detective died to a huge and I came from the area that the detective was so he suspected that I killed the detective. He did not know that I was KOSed until after he killed me as you can see in the conversation here:

The kill was on sus. He admits that he killed me on sus thus the slay would have been valid. I will leave it up to my admin @Grimoire+ to conclude though.

If it was within the 5 second grace period it still would be considered toxic gameplay as he id'd the body which showed you were a T thus making it a biased attempt to kill me just for killing you aswell as Metagaming since he saw you throw the harpoon at him and said absolutely nothing now im not saying its rdm or whatever what im saying is he saw you throw the harpoon at him did absolutely nothing then i kill you and he starts hitting me why is that? Its either meta gaming or toxic gameplay as he tried to kill me on purpose using loopholes in the system to get his way as you can also see i clearly killed then id'd it then 2 seconds later you start hitting me? That doesn't make sense to me

 

He did not Id the body you did that clarification does make a difference, and I could have been an inno that threw the harpoon. Also His back was turned when I threw the harpoon as evident in this video here:

So i'm just going to get right into it.

Situation 1: Kittyness threw the harpoon at lion, you claimed that lion saw this and chose to ignore it however you can clearly see in the video he did not witness the harpoon be thrown by katness and the only person who did is you and also she states that "someone tried to harpoon you" he has no idea it was her, you then proceed to kill her for obviously committing a traitorous act in which you saw which unfortunately as lion turns back around he witnesses you kill her, He killed you within the Five second grace period as to which it is a valid kill and kittyness didn't need to slay him as par the grace period ruling.

Situation 2: This is clearly a kill on suspicion as White powder even admits as much, just because there was a kos in chat doesn't mean he necessarily saw it and then he was aware of it after his initial response and kill, using such to avoid a slay is not allowed and as to which the initial response was taken into account, also he admitted to killing her on suspicion in the chat logs, and repeated how it doesn't matter why he killed her because she was still kos'd, this will still result in a slay regardless if she was kos'd or not.

Overall your claims of toxic gameplay and metagaming do not factor into this, I do not see any accounts of biased behaviour here and it seems my moderator handled things correctly and appropriately so i will be marking the report on herself invalid, Thank-you.

Hey there Ally, I hope that aside from this, your day has been fine so far.
I'll start by laying out each of your points regarding Lion and addressing them individually.

I can definitely see why you might think this to be metagaming. If Lion had seen Kittyness throw a harpoon at him and ignore it, then kill you for killing her, it definitely wouldn't have been okay. However, you can see in her video that as she pulled out a harpoon, Lion turned around. He didn't witness her holding a harpoon or throwing it, and therefore couldn't kill her for it.

Spoiler: Grace period

In this case, Lion was in the process of killing you within five seconds of you killing Kittyness. The kill falls within the grace period, and is a valid kill.

As for the second bit in that quote, the video provided, along with the timestamps on the provided logs show that you IDed the body, but not that Lion checked it. It's uncertain whether or not he did check her body, but given the amount of time between you IDing her body and him damaging you, I'd say it's a safe assumption that he didn't check it.


I'd like to thank you for making this report, as things like this, whether valid or not, give me a good idea of how my mods are doing on the server.
