If its based on the picture itself then you could just have 1 picture and a ton of text, I have always seen signature warnings based on the signature element as shown via dev tools.​

Every single signature sizing ruling I've seen has been based on the signature element, since people like me have mixed images / text, you can't base it on the image size like you are doing so.

The content inside the EDITABLE signature area must not be over 350 pixels. The one you can edit inside the signature editor. What you were measuring is the whole element size, including the additional pixels added by XenForo's layout.
The signature is exactly 350px tall, therefore legal.

Also, do not make anymore public reports for signatures, especially if you only use them to bash others. If there's a size problem, contact an admin+ in private, as you know you should. Wasting staff resources can result in a punishment, as you are aware as well - and these fall under that.
