Open Forum (3/24) *RSVPs Closed*

Hey MC Community,

Idea by @Zikeji and inspired by @Squidd & @HelixSpiral I've decided that this Friday, 3/24, to host an open forum in TeamSpeak for people in the MC community to talk to me and any other participating MC staff members as your way to try to get your ideas directly to us the staff team and development team. This open forum will run just as a casual discussion about the server and the direction it's currently going and how you would like to see it change in the future as well as questions and pitching ideas. People who just want to listen are free to join us as well. Now there's likely to be topics brought up by me as well so it's not just a single sided Q&A session so be prepared. Furthermore keep in mind that for topics you would like to discuss, unless they were already addressed on the forums or you require clarification we want to discuss lesser explored topics or new ideas and those topics will not be considered unfortunately. In any case I plan to run this starting at 9pm EST and it'll run until ~10pm EST (however that can change depending on how long discussions run).

Now if you want to participate in this forum you're free to RSVP below and we'll be accepting RSVPs until midnight on Thursday EST. You'll shortly receive a PM with the password to the teamspeak channel that'll be up at 9pm EST and you're free to attend you're not forced to attend. Your RSVP will be recognized with an informative rating from me.

Word of warning: Any attempts to troll this meeting will not be taken lightly. Don't ruin this for others who want to utilize this opportunity.

That's fine as long as people dont be a verbal or textual nuisance and troll.

 

I am interested due to my sheer investment of hours in MC.

 

I wouldnt be home until roughly 10 or 11 EST.
But I would be interested.

 

I'll likely extend the end time depending on popularity/length of discussion so hopefully I'll see you then.

I would love to participate in this discussion so I can present points that I think could help MC more clearly and also hear out other peoples points and opinions. I find the initiative of this meeting to be amazing and a sign that staff is giving their all atm. Expect to see me there.

Could I be added on the invite list? I may or may not attend, and if I attend I most likely will be passive, but I'd like to be there all the same o/

I think this is a great idea, seeing as how the players voices should be utilized to find the best outcome possible. I'd love to attend and hear others' opinions, too.
