Reason for Report:

Hacking and harassment.
I have multiple pms and screenshots
One of which he admits to hacking, one of harassment towards a player on the server at the moment.
Then I have pm messages talking about the incident in question.
@Adix99 had teleported to @Walker and mankamal was able to name him by name and rank.​

He was also spawn killing @zomborg earlier.

 

Yes, he did spawn camp a few players...But he did not do anything that would make it seem like he used hacks in the game. He asked other players for coordinates of bases and also sent out tp requests to them. He did stop after a few kills of the same player and won his battles fair and square. As a fellow mc player, I respect his skill in the game and vouch for him... (Hopefully this helps)

 

As someone that observed mainly though the kill messages, I saw nothing that would indicate repeated spawn killing on his part. And the 'proof' of hacks is lacking, anyone can go 'i use hacks', as a joke response to questions. He may be disliked, but find some solid reasoning here, people.

 

Staff is aware of this post and will reply as soon as everything is reviewed.

I do want to remind users not to reply to reports that they are not directly involved with.

 

I don't know how he got into my base as it is completely enclosed(confirmed by staff).
He says he magically got inside here:
but there is no valid way to get inside my base other than to be teleported in; he says he wasn't teleported, so I'm confused as to how he managed to make it inside.

Either way, he killed me about 4x when I tried to come to my home base even when I didn't attack him but I wasn't recording as I told @HelixSpiral so I'm not sure that it matters at all.

That's all I really have. Unfortunately I don't have any video evidence because I didn't TP him in and I didn't expect any kind of PvP at the time. Perhaps @The Law may have something else to add as he was there when I died the first time but not other times as I tp'd to my base.

 

I can reply in this instance specifically and say that he did get in to your base using legitimate means.

I don't have anything do with this, but I guess if people have need for evidence you can retrieve your chat logs at AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\logs. (I recommend you to edit the logs to remove some personal stuff tho.)

 

I'd like to add that he offered to return zomborg's things, which she declined

I can also confirm he does return the things he gets. He killed me yesterday and returned everything I had

I'd also like to add that the only hard evidence of any offense mank has done is he said the word "spick" directly to a mod, @Adix99 and no action was taken, so why report him here?

Also, it would be beneficial if you tag the reported player so they might have a chance to defend themselves @mankamalthegod

 

He offered to give me a "gift".. I asked if it was going to be everything he took from all 3 of the people he killed and he said no, then tried to teleport me while I was putting things away. 10 seconds after I said I was putting things away, he said "too slow" and no longer would return anything. I'm not going to teleport to someone when my inv is full of things I was trying to return.. Clearly he didn't want to return anything too badly if he couldn't wait 30 seconds for me to put everything into a box.

Also to note, he offers to give things back that he personally does not want. Both people(other than me) that he killed had enchanted diamond armor, which I doubt he would return. He also killed me 3 times at my teleport spot because I was "picking up his items" so if he wanted to return them so badly, why kill me for teleporting naked back to my base? Makes no sense if he is truly going to return anything of value and wasn't trying to trap me.

 

He gave me my enchanted diamond armor, perfect bow, perfect sword, and my mending Elytra. He even gave my head back.

I didn't see anything about him saying "too slow". You seemed pretty adamant that you didn't want him to give you your stuff back (you can warp to market and tp anyone there without being harmed)

As I remember, he said that he felt bad for killing you, and he would give all your stuff back.

Of course, none of what we say here matters. I'll just get the chat logs when I get home if what @6 meter kuk says actually works

 

Since there has been little evidence to contribute to this matter in the last hand-full of posts as well as some unwarranted responses I'll be locking this to prevent any more unnecessary responses.

If anyone involved has any evidence to provide, please PM a staff member so this can be unlocked otherwise @HelixSpiral will finish this when convenient.

 

Hey all.

First I'd like to apologize for the late reply. I wanted to check on a couple things and the required parties were not available at the moment.

I'll address everything one by one.

1) Hacking.

Mankamal10 did post a message in chat about hacking after several players joked with him that he should turn his hacks off. I truly believe that this comment was said in jest and was simply in reply to what others was saying.

As far as the situation with @Adix99 and the invisibility potion- we were already aware of this and had determined what happened before this post was made and found that there is no significant proof of hacking at his time.

As far as @zomborg and her base- I have talked to the parties involved and also determined that her base was accessed legitimately. I have spoken to zomborg about this directly.


2) Harassement

This portion of the report is valid, and had been dealt with in-game by @Adix99 when it happened.


3) Spawn-camping

Unfortunately in most cases spawn-camping is difficult to prove since there can be many factors to it. I spoke to zomborg in game when this happened and spoke about gathering evidence in the future as well. At this time, there is not significant evidence to show whether spawn camping occurred.

I would like to recommend installing some type of video recording software that back-records video. Windows 10 users already have his ability with Windows Gamebar (Win + G when in game). I personally have mine set to record the previous three minutes of gameplay which can then be saved at any time by hitting a hotkey. This let's me record all of the time, while only saving video that may be relevant later.

So overall. I will mark this report as valid- but no further punishment will be issued as it had already been handled at the time of the incident.
