So I gifted @Captain Obvious elite since he won my giveaway but I didn't realize that he already had VIP+. I feel bad because now his VIP+ has gone to waste. Since it hasn't been 24 hours yet; can something be done to get his VIP+ back? Sorry for the inconvenience.

well im pretty sure highwon will say this: its an automatic system ... we dont interfere in that system but we refund the money if you buy Elite on the same day you got Vip+ .... its sad .. but i guess we cant do anything : p well maybe he could change the elite to VIP so that i can use the rest of my vip+ : p .... but well i got elite yesterday ... seems like we can just wait and hope ... @Highwon
what he can do is extend the first rank purchased by a month so its effectively the same thing as buying it afterwards
I believe this only applies if they are purchased within the same day - or same 24 hour period. By the sounds of it the ranks were not, so sadly there may not be any compensation for it. But you can always try your luck with Highwon.
