Anyone here play Osu! or any other rhythm games? Been playing Osu! for about 3 years or so. Any other rythm games can also be discussed here if you guys play any other. Rhythm games are basically games based on music/rhythms (if that wasn't obvious), in Osu! you position your cursor over a circle and press it to it's placed beat on a music track, if you hit to too early or too late from what would be considered a "perfect hit" you will either get a 100, 50 or a miss depending on how early/late you hit it, which impacts your accuracy which is 100% by default and lowers as you hit 100/50/miss. (The link is me BTW) It can get really fast and is highly competetive. Here's a video from Cookiezi/shigetora, who's considered the best player in the game. EDIT: As you probably notice, using a "graphics tablet" is very popular withing osu, as it allows for more precise and comfortable movement. EDIT2: Osu can be downloaded here: https://osu.ppy.sh/ You need an account to download more "beatmaps", you can brows songs here https://osu.ppy.sh/p/beatmaplist EDIT3: https://osu.ppy.sh/u/vxb my account
Osu! is pretty addicting. I've been wanting to post a vid of me beating a song but I feel like I never do good enough to show. Those guys are just insane though, I don't understand how they can get perfect scores on those.
I play something similar like this but on my phone. Its Called Cytus. I love the game so much and i might try osu ^-^
This game is addictive, rage inducing, and stressful but mostly fun to play with other players or friends it's also really fun to play with any type of music you want
Oh man I am bad at Osu! but for mobile rhythm games like Drksephy said Cytus is the way to go. Deemo is another popular one. Both of which is great games. I recommend Cytus more though since I find it easier. They are free too as aslong as you dont hate ads you should be find. Here is some gameplay.
Osu can get really weird, there's some very gimmicky players who like to play very very high density maps, i'll show you some examples, also @Rawgah and @DrkSephy There's som people who recreated somethign similar to cytus on osu via storyboarding And here's the "cytus video"
I stopped playing as it would start to hurt my hand from playing it too much (only use mouse). I play osu!mania still as I enjoy it more.
Fun song to play, also decently difficult. Sadly not ranked though :~{ *Currently processing as of this post*
I love Osu! Im literal trash when playing it lol, I usually play on 3.5-4.7 stars, anything above that NOPE.
