Says here you joined Vanilla (server I banned you from) on August 2nd and was last seen playing vanilla on the day I banned you, September 18th. (unless you played for hours on end one day).

Hello Disaurio,

Thank you for taking the time to write up this Appeal. I apologise for making you wait whilst I've been at work.

As evident by Rek's testimony and the image of your Adminstats, I was the Administrator who Globalised and Extended your ban. This extension and globalisation was after reviewing your records and time on our servers. Normally I don't extend bans with under four offences of RDM and Leave; however I felt given your short amount of time with us that is was an appropriate amount.

It is clear by the evidence given by both Rek and Toxin, that on both occasions you committed one or more instances of RDM. During both of these incidents, you left either before the slay was issued onto you, or during a round in which you were slain. Given that you have had a prior RDM and Leave Offence to all of this, you should know by now the seriousness of said offence, and the punishment that will be given if it is to occur.

After reviewing your responses to both of the incidents within this thread, I believe that both bans you were given by both Rek and Toxin respectfully, were valid and correct. Because of this, and in light of your history and reasoning behind both RDMs and Leave, I regret to inform you that I will not be approving your Appeal.
