Putting Ranks on Hold

    So I am elite, my elite and vip+ are running at the same time. Is there a way to the stop the vip+ And use it later. @Highwon

    No, currently we don't have the ability to offer that. However in the past when someone purchased VIP+ and on the same day decided they wanted Elite instead, we have refunded the VIP+. This only applies if the purchases are on the same day.

    Actually I see that your ranks were purchased within a 24 hour period. I can extend your VIP+ an additional month, that would serve the same effect.
