Problem

    Played in the west server for a few days now and decided to donate but can't.

    Steam id - STEAM_0:0:23999172

    wont let me enter that into the donations page gives me a error.

    Please Help

    Are you using the same computer when you try to donate as the one you play on?

    Yeah that would cause that. There is many systems in place to ensure the transaction is legitimate before we process it and one of those is to make sure you donate from the same computer you play on.
