I dont think that'll make it to Live, 300 - 300 seems more fair, this nerf has put D.VA worse than when she was first in the game. She still gets shredded by Zarya + Zenyatta and her head hitbox is as big as fucking Jupiter so.

Hooked targets are now released if they leave Roadhog’s line-of-sight before being pulled (Clearly Hook) The time it takes to hack a target has been decreased from 1 second to 0.8 seconds (Sombra) Healing boost on allies has been decreased by 50% (Grenade) as for dva she def needs a fix she's made zarya and winston obsolete in the tank meta. Im surprised they're not doing more with Sombra.
I tried her recently and I think for me personally it wouldn't take to long to master. The downside is that I like to play on the objective and I cant do that as ana it feels. plus Lucio requires more skill than what people think and I would much rather prove I can main this one hero and climb the leader boards with it.
