I have waited a day and it still did not give it to me, so i asked a mod and he refered me to here I hope you guys can get me my rank of explain why i just lost 10$.

What kind of payment did you submit?

 

If it's paypal it may take up to 24 hours. When you say day have more than 24 passed from the purchase?
