It's colder outside now and I've stopped drinking beer habitually. I thought to myself, "I have an Aerochino (Milk frother/warmer from Nespresso) I will attempt this right now!" Steps; -Take aerochino maker and add frother wisk -Fill upto top max fill point with desired Milk or Milk Substitute (I think Soy would be nice) -Don't put lid on but keep an eye on it so it dosen't go everywhere. -Turn on after a few seconds add one heaped teaspoon of Cocoa Powder (Proper stuff not extra sugary added milk shit) -Add one more Heaped spoon (Or don't do it to taste) -Wait 20 Seconds and add 1-3 Teaspoons of sugar (To taste) -Wait for it to finish and pour into desired mug, Make more if you want a larger mug. -Enjoy! It's honestly some of the best HotChocolate I've had. Im sure you could attain a similar taste with a hand eletric whisk and a pan over a flame, although the convenience trumps that! Please feel free to post your recipes here! (Will make a video and post photos next time I do this!)
I just buy the mix and put it in water, microwave for a minute and you got yourself a poor mans hot chocolate.
Or use pan and stove as I said! Thing is different temperatures will affect the flavour of the milk and chocolate. Cooking is a science :3
