Now, as you can see you pushed off Smusha with a crowbar and that caused him to take fall damage and die. Your response was really deep and insightful but it doesn't change the fact you RDM'd and left after being slain.

Seeing that you have a pretty clean history I will Accept this appeal but I will not be Voiding it.
