Spam, Promotion, and (Hacking?)

The user joined the server and spammed the chat with promotional links and stuff to get people to download the hack, "Cyanide"
Also, impersonating?
As you can see he changed his name to someone on the server to try and get them in trouble also.​

From talking to you through Steam and from looking at the screenshot you provided, I found this report to be valid. This player spammed a total of 23 messages along with a download link to the hacks (advertising products/servers is considered spam). This player has been dealt with and I will be locking this thread.
