While I have been playing on the TTT EU server, there has been a couple of time where I have been killed for killing a kosed player. The rules say that it is a traitorous act to false kos a player, but it does not say if it's
a traitorous act to kill a kosed player that turns out to be a inno.

You're still shooting towards a player, which is a traitorous act. This is why your question is considered to be someone committing a traitorous act.

If you follow a 'false kos' what usually happens is that both the person who called the KOS gets KOS'd themselves, and the person who killed the innocent who got KOS'd gets KOS'ed also. So yes, killing a KOS'd inno is a KOSable action, as it is a traitors action. Do note, that it is not explicitly stated in the MOTD though.

Can you get slayed for killing a kosed player?

No. You're just following a KOS. If the KOS was called without a reason and goes against our MOTD, then the caller would be slain.

But is it a traitorous act if it was a detective that kosed a player?

You cannot shoot a detective for false kosing a player detectives are immune to traitorus acts,
However if a Detective randomly koses me and i'm innocent and I die from it he could be slain if he doesn't give a adequate reason for the kos

Nope. Traitorous acts do not apply to detectives. If the detective false KOS'd a person that was innocent, then you killed that person, then you can be killed for killing/shooting at an innocent.

However, if that same detective comes along and kills you for following the KOS the called on that innocent, then that would be loopholing.

I'm sorry if I wrote it a bit confussing. What I meant was that if a detective kos a player and I kill that player, if that player was inno can i be killed for the murder?

Yes, as he was innocent you commited a traitorus act (Killing a innocent) since detectives are immune to T acts the detective can't be killed for the false kos but you can be killed for killing a innocent. @Anastesia Lawes
