as you can see there is insufficient evidence of me doing anything to this guy although if you come in game and read my answer to his report you see the reasons of me killing him and you will see that he rdmed me twice 1 before this game and 1 after for no reason

If you think that the logs showing you killing 4 people and saying 'i will rdm all u retards' is insufficient evidence. That's good for you, but I'll leave this up to an admin/mod.

First time: you were next to an unid'd, you can see that in the response to the report.
Second time: the detective kos'd you, you can see that in the response to the report.

 

and also how may i view the logs so i have evidence of him rdming me a couple of times?
he says i was passing unides while i was the only one iding them you can view the replay i wasnt even close to the scene just got there
and there wasnt kos before he shot

 

When the mod/admin looks at the logs he can see that I id'd the unid'd body that you ran away from. His name was snipermax, you can see that he was also one of the players playing at the time of you mass rdming, if mods/admins can check logs they can also see that the detective that kos'd you, is called Hagama. Before I shot you he said in chat 'PawPe Francis is a Traitor!'. Alas I only take screenshots when I get RDMD I can not show you the evidence of this, but if mods/admins can check chat and activity (id'ing, shooting, ...) logs from earlier on they can see that both these situations are as I describe them.

 

I was planning to make a report against this person myself, but I think it's better if I upload my videos here. I shall upload my proof when I get home. Also, tagging @nilz as he has witnessed Pawpe's loopholing, rdm and abusive slurs as well.

 

if mods can check the logs there was no player that i passed on before uniding as teh guy you say was under the falling trap in nether and was under the big rock

 

and if kos was placed it was placed 5 seconds after the round started (as you can check from the round time) as our friend was looking at me all the time so there is false kos by hagama and our friend above following a false kos that he knew was wrong
so he is either mentally incapable of understanding simple things ( and should be removed since he is destroying the game) or he is a rdmer

Okay, so after reviewing all of this, I have found certain parts of this are valid, while others were not. I will be labeling each offense that he has been accused of and then the reason for that verdict.

While you do have enough for me to take action, it's only enough for a warning, but know @PawPe Francis, staff will be watching you closely, I suggest you do not continue or it will warrant a ban.

As for the report section by MagmaCarrier, those are legal and warrant an RDM w/o Staff 2 ban, marking that as VALID.

I will wait to mark this report until the final answers have been given.

EDIT: The player chose to take a three round slay for the RDM's against MagmaCarrier.

 

I have given the player ample time to account for their actions, and at this time will be banning for RDM w/o staff 4.

This report is valid, and will now be locked.

 

One last thing, I have not received any evidence proving whether or not the reported player was ghosting at the given time. This is due to not only the lack of evidence, but also the fact that during the rounds logs, the only action by SoulReaper was his death by the world, at the very end of the round, telling me he was likely afk and moved to spectator by the servers automated system. I will mark this portion invalid due to the lack of evidence and the fact that I have been told by both sides opposite things.
