This is the second time she has banned me in the past 2 weeks, I was in the teamspeak with @Emtech2 and @LadyLag and a couple others and I served a Death avoid after I was AFK and told them I was AFK. I took 2 rounds, and then Emtech told me I was ok to leave. I played one round and said bye. I left the teamspeak and thought I left the server but didnt. Instead of Fspecing me as they shouldve I was banned for Death avoiding. I don't believe LadyLag has evidence of me intentionally death avoiding and show that I was actively playing and if she does I would like to see this evidence if there even is any. Thank you.

Hello Gucci,
I will respond as if this was a report against me as I had @LadyLag ban you since I was death.

As you know you Death avoided 4 times, normally at 3 times it would be a ban, however, I felt that it would be okay to just make you serve another death round as admin discretion. You said you were going to leave and you left TS however, you kept playing. You were not AFK as you claimed since your player was not AFK in spawn as a runner and you were not auto moved to spectator by the AFK script.

Even if you were AFK the rules state

Please note these screenshots were taken on your 3rd death avoid. One of these was from you spawning in as death and then avoiding it by going into spectator.
I will tag my Lead @Darktooth to look at this as I was the one who told my mod to ban you. This is something admittedly I shouldn't have done even though we were both there for all of your death avoids.

@Emtech2 As you know I came back and served my 2/3 of my punishments on that very map (Snow Land I think its called) on the last 2 rounds . As well as the last 1 on Pains Facility and played 1 more round as a runner. After that I left the TeamSpeak and thought I left the game.

As for me not being AFK, I was not actively playing as a runner and was not fspeced then but on a death round is counted as death avoid.

Secondly, there is not pictures of me serving my punishments as LadyLag had said on my Ban Appeal (http://www.seriousgmod.com/threads/da-names-guccis-appeal.28311/) or the evidence of me being activiley playing during the time.

This was not a report against you either, there is no where that shows that you asked her to ban me and on my ban appeal you did not state you banned me, you stated "@LadyLag banned you. Please be patient as she will respond when she gets a chance." I would like to see evidence of me death avoiding (that I didn't already serve) because I do not think there is any.

Lastly you said, "Please note these screenshots were taken on your 3rd death avoid. One of these was from you spawning in as death and then avoiding it by going into spectator." It clearly shows you Fspecing me and then punishing me.

I would just like this resolved because I don't intentionally set out to break any rules and I don't want to lose any friendships I have made but this is my second ban with no clear evidence of me actually breaking any rules.

 

Yes, because this was on TeamSpeak so I don't have a screenshot. I let her handle the appeal since she was the one to do the ban command (although I requested her to ban you), however, we both talked about it and decided that declining it was the proper action. I admit I made a mistake by not either waiting and banning you myself or having her add "(For Emtech2)

Screenshot 2 is what I am talking about with you spawning in as death then going into spectator. Verified was ingame during that time.

You were banned on Simpsons, 1 map after Pains. If you were AFK for the amount of time you claim you were, you would have been moved to AFK by the AFK script. I even talked to NoHackJustGood about this and he said that he recalls you being on Simpsons and not in spectator mode. Once again, even if you were AFK you still broke the rules as it clearly states not to go AFK as death.

There is evidence of both of your bans. The screenshots I have included are for 3 of your death avoids. The fourth one would have just been a picture of the ban since there was no reason to do the !punish command on you again. If I was to do so then when you get unbanned you would have to serve 1 round of death on top of the ban. For your first ban there is shadow play evidence that you were ghosting.

 

1. I would like to see the ShadowPlay of my first Ban because it will show she said stop ghosting in chat to me and another player as I said it before her warning twice and got banned for ghosting twice.

2. The Script system to auto spectate me didn't work and if you show me anything remote to me playing while on Simpsons and then going AFK as soon as I became Death, I will serve the ban but I don't believe there is.

3. There is nothing in your screenshots that shows I went into spectate mode as death besides when you put me into spectate mode or that even shows of me death avoiding besides your word. Now that being said I probably did death avoid 3 times which I definitely served twice on the map in your screenshots, and once on Pains which should've put me in the clear as you said "I was okay to leave".

4. You Punished me for four cases of Death avoid today and seem to only be able to come up with 1 case of me actually Death avoiding. Now If I was banned with lack of evidence that's a different story but, I served 3 death rounds as punishment that I didn't think to even gather evidence for a ban because when you said I was able to leave and thought I was done with it.

With all being said, I believe that @Darktooth should use his discretion and come with a verdict but just know I have the uppermost respect for you mods, admins, and leads for everything you do for the community and its server(s) and I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to make a report! In regards to the shadowplay, I do have it, however this was my first time shadowplaying anything (recently built a computer capable of it), and the settings aren't the best, resulting in my voice not being audible in the recording due to my own failure to understand the settings. Since this incident, I have corrected the settings to pick up my voice both in game and out. With that being said, let's take a look at the shadowplay.



The dialogue goes as follows: you stated the code, I warned you, you stated two thirds of the code before stopping (I'm assuming there's a delay in GMod voicechat, this being where you probably heard my voice), and stated the code a third time. In your initial appeal, this is a little troubling, seeing as you claimed to have said it once and stopped when it was requested by a staff member, and in this report you claim to have said it twice prior to being warned. Also in your initial appeal, you said others had repeated the code as well, when it is clear you were the first to, and were the only person to continue doing so more than once. One person typed the code in chat, which they were warned for after you. For these reasons, I denied your first ban appeal (ghosting).

First and foremost: I am deeply sorry for taking so long to finish this report up. A great deal of IRL activities brought me away from my duties here and I was unable to complete this in a timely manner.

What this seems like to me is a case of misfortune on your end, as you state that you accidentally left your game open and were punished for breaking the rules on accident. While your case may or may not be true, the rules are clear and cut and what you did (even accidentally) was a violation of the rules, which is why you were banned. We unfortunately do not take into consideration that something was an accident, unless the staff member you're dealing with is an admin+ and wants to give mercy, so regardless if this was accidental or not, this ban seems valid.

You should understand the circumstance around you being punished for your death avoiding. If you do something three times and are told to not do it again, it's very suspicious when you are caught AFKing after being told to not avoid your role. How were the staff online supposed to know you were actually away from your computer on accident? Hopefully you see both sides of the coin.
