Rejected Rules and punishments.

I don't think I really have any authority for this but with the new !punish command, I feel like we can have a very good system that is not abuse able even though our system is not exactly possible to do said thing. So maybe we can have it for

• 1st death avoid= 1punish round
• 2nd brings= 2 punish rounds
• 3rd is the ban of maybe a day.

This allows a mod on deathrun to not have to go to ttheir admin or the other admin to get the punishments for these. And it doesn't require the slay.

Now I do not know if the punish rounds stay in the logs, but this could help especially with the new version of deathrun.
